Somewhere in the dangerous Middle East, a beautiful American stealth fighter pilot, Major Christine Lynn, is shot down over enemy territory and captured by the dreaded terrorist organiation known as the Peoples Army for National Socialism or P.A.N.S.. Since their primary reason for existence is hate for all that is American, this is a perfect opportunity to vent their frustrations on the one of those imperialist pigs they so despise. Since brave Christine isn't willing to cooperate and divulge any information about her plane or mission, she is tortured mercilessly by the terrorist commander and pretty Monique, an American student who had previously been held for ransom by P.A.N.S. and had herself been tortured and severely brain washed. She had miraculously survived a previous American raid on the P.A.N.S. lair that briefly allowed her to escape. Recaptured and "re-educated", she now was a soldier for the terrorists and was trained in the dark art of torture, which she used with particular effectiveness against her former countrymen (and women).
First poor Christine is roughly stripped, then forced to perform degrading acts to pleaasure Monique, but soon things become very unpleasant for Christine, who is brutally beaten with a rubber black jack until she convulses with pain and passes out. Still not willing to talk, Christine is hung by her pretty neck, her eyes bulging as she desperately struggles for air, bucking about desperately. Of course she is not actually killed. That would be too easy and defeat the purpose of her evil captors. Then comes a brutal flogging until her buff body looks like hamburger, but still Christine refuses to divulge any information. But when our sexy heroine is strapped to a torture machine, it seems as if she will never be able to hold out. What poor Angie finds at "the bottom" of the Cracker Health Clinic is a trail of medical atrocities a mile wide perpetrated by pretty smiling therapist with a taste for female flesh bound, gagged and suffering. In this, the 4th installment of our series, a brash young intern, fresh from a residencey at the insane asyllum, has come to the Cracker Clinic to test a new form of therapy, the whip-shock method. Since the Cracker Clinic is always eager to be on the cutting edge of suffering, Dr. Black is welcomed at the clinic with open arms (and spread legs). In the not too distant future, America's increasing conservatism leads to a new age witch hunt in which such heinous crimes as fornication, masturbation or any kind of sexual gratification are strictly forbidden. Unfortunately, very few "witches" survive this process, because first the witch must confess their unholy crimes and be punished. Imprisoned in makeshift torture chambers, all witches are subjected to merciless torment at the hands of fiendish government agents aptly known as Witch Hunters. The Witch Hunters job is to capture witches and elicit confessions from them by any means necessary, as well as to punish the witch for their wicked crimes against nature. As you can imagine, most suspected witches are more than a little reluctant to admit to being one, but all of them confess in the end, if they can still speak.
Such is the case of our pretty blonde heroine Candice Martin, whose exhibitionistic ways and free spirited sexuality have gotten her into a heap of trouble. Caught scandalously pleasuring herself on moonlit park bench by an always vigilant Witch Hunter, she is arrested and brought in as a witch. By liquifying this life essence and consuming it, Gunnar assumed complete control of the subject who then became his mindless slave. When local villagers realized what Gunnar was up to, they destroyed his lab and buried the evil extractor until it was exhumed by Professor Denning, who is bent on re-creating Gunnar's wicked experiments.
But when Melisa Weatherby, an investigator from the college board of regents, threatens to put a stop to Professor Denning's sinister project, she quickly finds herself the bound and gagged prisoner of the professor, who decides to make Melisa the first test subject.
